This Qualification combines the full range of skills and knowledge for the Learner seeking employment or self-employment as a Massage Therapist at Level 4. There are other ITEC Diplomas and smaller Awards and Certificates in Massage Therapy at Level 4; how-ever they only cover classical massage. This qualification covers several types of massage including classical massage and therefore enables the Learner to become multi-skilled enabling them to perform a variety of Massage treatments ready for employment in the Industry. This Qualification contains all the skills and knowledge required for employability at Level 4. Learners may progress on to qualifications at Level 4 such as the ITEC Level 4 Diploma in Advanced Skincare and the ITEC Level 4 Diploma in Spa and Salon Management. This qualification does not form part of an Apprenticeship.
